We study how cells maintain protein homeostasis (proteostasis), particularly during stress and aging.

Our work combines genome-wide screening in yeast, automated experimental workflows, and data-driven analysis, including bioinformatics and AI-assisted approaches. This allows us to systematically identify regulators of proteostasis and uncover how cellular systems fail over time.

By integrating large-scale experiments with computational methods, we aim to build a systems-level understanding of cellular functionthat is relevant for human health and disease.
